I first travelled to the West Bank in 2009, where I worked with a grassroots, Palestinian-led charity providing educational support and accompaniment. The experience opened my eyes to the realities faced by communities living under occupation and sparked a lifelong commitment to justice, education, and humanitarian work.

Since 2016, i’ve volunteered in refugee camps and supported local communities of refugees across Europe and the Middle East, working alongside grassroots organisations responding to humanitarian crises. These experiences have deepened my belief in the power of community, dignity, and solidarity in the face of injustice.

While my journey began in Palestine, my passion extends far beyond — to promoting human rights, equality, and compassion for people affected by conflict and displacement around the world. Through Planting the Seeds, I continue to combine creativity, advocacy, and action to support those most in need.

Happiest outdoors, I love spending time in nature and is currently learning Arabic to better connect with the people and communities I work alongside.
