The events of the past 2 years have changed the course of my life forever. Never before have we been pulled into witness a blow by blow live-stream genocide. These images will stay with me for the rest of my life.Living in a sleepy village in rural Devon, I felt debilitatingly useless.

I would write to our local MP, turn up outside his office to get his signature on petitions, attend vigils and local (poorly attended) marches. And it felt like I was screaming into an abyss. It felt as though only 1% of the world was shouting as loudly as I was. Everyone else’s algorithm tuned into every other channel bar the ones I was seeing which were nothing short of sheer torture.

I knew I had to do something more useful than just sharing posts from independent news channels. Desperate for friends and family to start to see and understand what I was seeing, I knew I wanted to create tools for people who didn’t have any back story to this. I wanted to be able to give people a list of sources to read, research to go back to, to show the history of this tragedy and how and where to start boycotting.

This is a campaign for the rest of my life and I will not stop until Palestine is liberated from their oppressors.
